Welcome to the first monthly update and rebalance for the Hyper-Accumulation Portfolio of my Real Income Report.

This is an aggressive momentum-based micro-cap service for those that are interested in building their net worth fast and can handle a large amount of volatility.

It is not for the faint of heart.

It is a rule based quantitative portfolio.

If a stock fits the rules, it is in.

If it no longer fits, it is out.

The system tends to sell the losers and keep the winners for longer periods of time.

In our first month of operation the portfolio has returned about 7.5%.

While that may not sound like a lot, it was only a month. Annualized it is about 90%.

The S&P 500 was up about 4% and the QQQ was up about 4.5% for the month

In this portfolio, 14 stocks were up. 11 were down.
