Hey guys, Tim Melvin here with the Real Income Report Weekly Update for the week of March 10th.

Market Turbulence

When you look at all the madness and noise that's been going on out there over the last week—tariffs, layoffs, Doge, and just absolute madness—the market has taken a beating. The S&P is down 3.72% and has gotten rocked for 7.3% over the last month. QQQ is down 4% for the week and 10% for the month.

On the flip side, bond prices have started to rally and are recovering rather nicely. Bonds were down just a little bit last week but are up over the last month.

Our Portfolio Performance

Looking at our portfolio today as we're filming this, with the market down about 500 points, most of our stocks are up. There's nothing dramatic to write home about—we don't have anything up 30-40-50% today—but everything's up, everything's paying dividends, and most of them are growing dividends.
